Your post adjustment Flow

There are all kinds of healthy habits you can adopt to compliment your chiropractic care, and it’s important since your body does the healing between adjustments.

These are the top 4 habits we recommend to all our clients to get started on the right path:

1.       Stand on both legs evenly.

2.       Sit on both hips evenly.

3.       Drink a glass of water immediately.

4.       Go for a 10-minute walk before sitting.

*If you can, take a quick nap and let your body digest the adjustment while the natural cleverness of your body goes to work.

We get better at the things we do a lot, repetition, even in health, is key to building better function and habits.

Think of it like trying to learn a language. If after a lesson you go out and talk to people in that new language and practice what you just learned, it will stick with you longer. In much the same way these habits after your adjustment will help the changes integrate into your system.
